You have found the item in one of our chain stores and would like to have more. You can:
a- Ask an employee at the store if they can find out if another chain store close by has the item. Mind this: if another branch store has it in stock, you have to go to the store in question to get the item yourself.
b- Call our customer service. You should have the article number (C+5 numbers) at the ready. This number allows our employees to find out which branch stores near you still have it in stock.
You have not found the item in a branch store and you do not have an article number, but you are sure that the item is (has been) for sale at Zeeman. You can:
Call our customer service. If you have been able to find the article number through a branch store, our employees will be able to tell you where the item is available and if it will be supplied again in the future. If you do not have a number, our employees will try to find out which item it is. However, this is very hard. Our customer service cannot guarantee that the article number that has been found is exactly what you are looking for.
